You must also remember that exercise, fitness and diets that work are not a one size fits all proposition. Many times walking for weight loss is a very effective way to drop those unwanted pounds. You really can’t get much more simple than that can you?

You absolutely can lose weight and become more physically fit. But you must also realize that there is no magic bullet that will do this for you. The fastest way to lose weight is through hard work, discipline and commitment.
